A new report from NOTUS reveals how, despite touting her record as a
so-called “successful” business owner on the campaign trail, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears would “regularly debate and argue with her customers” who left poor reviews after feeling scammed and ripped off.

Their tech informed me that if I was a home warranty repair they would replace every part. Because I wasn't they replaced a filter and didn't fix my refrigerator. I called and spoke to the owner and she hung up on me. As I was trying to get them back to fix the problem. This would have been the third trip. The first trip they were to have all the parts needed to make the repair fast and efficient. They came in and evaluated for parts charged $89.00 for nothing as they were here 5 minutes and had none of the parts they were supposed to have for efficiency! The second trip they came and replaced a filter that I had told him was a new filter charging for the filter and labor and the fridge still doesn't work!! I wish there was a way to give a ZERO!!! They are not worth the phone call. Save your energy and stay away from here!!!!!
Stay away. Unprofessional lack of service. Liars. The owner is a piece of work.
I wouldn't trust her if she wore a halo!

Called for refrigerator repair, when they arrived the freezer was at 30 something and the refrigerator items were at 43. After they left and we told them we did not want to pay 1700 for them to install a 400 part. I called Sears already knowing what the problem was and these people showed up. After they left the freezer that was always in the 30s shot up to 66 degrees. So I went from soft food to completely defrosted food overnight because I decided to call these people. We asked for contact information and they told us that they didn't have any and that it be on the email they sent us which it was not. The only thing They want to do is sell a maintenance program before they fix your appliance they charge you more for the repair and then tell you they will knock money off if you buy their program. Other funny part when they were doing the repair and working on the refrigerator they only spoke another language but when they were asking for money and trying to sign us up for the program they spoke English. Obviously no one's going to pay almost $1800 for a repair and then have to call them back when it doesn't fix the problem. It's apparent they got annoyed That we don't want the repair so they somehow disabled refrigerator and freezer. However I'm sure someone at the company will read this and come back with a lie to why when I'm saying isn't true. So I'll pay the $200 more by a new refrigerator and not have to deal with people like you.

Crap company that makes problems worse so they can sell you a warranty to repair what they break.

I had a problem with my washer and called this company to get a diagnosis of the problem. A technician was sent and took a look at the machine. He said the problem was the water pump and that it needed to be replaced at a cost of $358. They wanted to charge $180 for the pump while the pump only costs $50 at Sears and $34 on Amazon. The technician didn't even open the washer nor ran any diagnostics on the machine. I didn't not proceed with the repair since I had to wait for an authorization from the insurance company. While waiting I did a little of research and ended up the problem was not the pump, but the strainer; which was all clogged up with stuff and all it required was to clean it up. After calling them back I was treated very bad.
Not calling that company again and I suggest YOU don't request their service.

Terrible Service.

Our warranty company contacted this company to repair our oven. It took a week for them to come out. They came out and said they had to order the needed part. It took another week for the part to come in. They send a different technician out to install said part. After 10-15 minutes of him taking 1/2 the oven apart he explains to me that he doesn't know how to fix the oven and he was going out to his truck to "research" it. He comes back and tells me he couldn't find any useful information and he was going to continue to "try & figure it out." He takes the entire oven apart and goes out to his truck two more times to "research" on his phone. I call the company directly and have to leave a message because nobody is answering the phones. After an hour someone calls me back and tells me they listened to my voicemail and the repairman was putting everything back together and leaving. She then said they would send their "master technician" next week to resolve the issue. NEXT WEEK?! It's already been 2 weeks! The woman didn't even acknowledge the fact that the repairman was completely unqualified and completely untrained. Not even an apology! At this point it would've been easier just to buy a new oven!

Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again.

Read all the other reviews- this place is a complete scam. I had a similar experience where they took my money, and repaired nothing, even after repeated visits. In fact due to their negligence I ended up actually spending thousands more, it should've only costed me $100 because it was through a home warranty company. I won't go into too much detail now, because I plan to seek legal action against the company. What makes things worse is that, from what am told, this place is owned by a one time elected public official. The public needs to know the scam thus person and running so they don't become victims too.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I called and explained the problem I had with my washer over phone to the technician. He showed up and without looking at the washer he told me it was the bearings and I would need to purchase a new washer. He then told me I owed him $89.00 for the show up fee. He never touched the machine!

Don't use this service!

I know scheduling is hard, but when you call two hours into a 5 hour time frame window and request that they call the tech to see where he is, if there is an updated time frame arrival window and they refuse? Frustrating. All they give you is the pat answer "I'm sorry all I can tell you is 8-1" . Pathetic. It takes less than a minute to call the tech for an update. Nope, nothing doing. Then they HANG UP on you??? Then I find out that they cancelled the install and requested a different company handle the job? REALLY?! I called back and spoke with the owner. **She** didn't even want to call the tech for an updated arrival time and then SHE hung up on me. American Home Shield got them to come out to the house (shockingly at the end of the arrival time frame window - note sarcasm). Techs were great and personable.

Company owner pathetic, sad and lacking in customer service skills. I'd have fired her if she worked for me. I'll never use them again.

A technician arrived at the house to fix the washing machine, but was unable to because he determined another part was needed. The technician seemed knowledgeable, but after the technician left, that is where the customer service ended. The office couldn't obtain the part from their supply network and wouldn't order it from the manufacture, they simply claimed they couldn't obtain it and washed their hands of it. I had to order the part from the manufacture. The office staff is non-responsive to email, changes their policies from week to week and can't work with a customer to solve a simple problem. I wouldn't hire this company again due to their office management and ownership.

If I could provide this company 0 stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shenandoah Applaince Plumbing and Electric is completely unprofessional- not keeping service dates, texting instead of returning calls, and giving misleading, incomplete communication. For two weeks, I was my husband and i were contacted several times and asked what the problem was with my stovetop, and serial number of my stovetop so parts can be ordered. I told them I had already given all that information to someone in the company and I asked several times if they should send someone out to look at the stove before ordering parts so this could fixed correctly the first time. When they finally showed up they had no parts and instead of apologizing, tried to belittle me for thinking they could fix it without first seeing the stove. Poor communication and completely unprofessional.

Run the other direction!

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Came to my home 3 times and ordered the wrong part three different times for my washer which is only five years old. They left my washer in pieces for a month which is how long they worked on it for. In the end they refused to complete the job and answer phone calls from my self. They took parts off my washer and would not return them to me. I ended up calling the police to get them for me and the police said they were “tough” to deal with. They gave the wrong part to the cops. I have been without my washer for now over a month still. They will still not return my calls. Do not use them for home repairs.
